Astrodites creates personalized astrology, tarot, numerology, and oracle readings based on your birth data. Each one is meant for entertainment and personal reflection.
Readings are not professional advice. Nothing on Astrodites should be relied on for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional decisions. If you're navigating something serious, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Paid subscriptions (Celestial, Astral, and Cosmic) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the Settings page.
You can switch between paid tiers at any time. When you switch, Stripe calculates a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan and applies it toward your new plan. If you switch to a lower-priced tier mid-cycle, the remaining credit will automatically apply to future invoices on your new plan, meaning your next billings may be reduced or skipped until the credit is used up. The switch-and-credit math is shown on Stripe's confirmation screen before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until that date, and no further charges are made. You can reactivate before the period ends with one click to undo the cancellation.
Astrodites does not issue refunds for partial months, unused portions of a billing period, or features you chose not to use during an active subscription.
Any account credit you accumulate from plan changes remains on your Astrodites/Stripe customer account and will automatically apply to future Astrodites subscription invoices, including a new subscription if you re-subscribe after canceling. If you cancel and never return, any unused credit is forfeited and is not refunded to your payment method. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash.
Reports and one-time readings purchased outside of a subscription (for example, a compatibility reading) are final-sale. Once a reading has been prepared or a report delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry for a short period. If we still can't collect after retries, your subscription will be downgraded to the free Lunar tier and you can re-subscribe at any time. If we change subscription prices, we'll give you notice by email before the change takes effect on your account.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the birth information you provide. Readings are only as accurate as the data they're based on. You can edit your birth details, export your data, or delete your account at any time from your profile.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. The most current version always lives at this page.
